I wanted to thank you for a really great stay, we had an amazing time and felt so welcomed! I never expected to get to meet the llamas/alpacas and it was the highlight of the trip! The treasure hunt was super fun (shout out to izzy for the much-needed help), the facilities were well stocked and well kept, and the yurt was beautiful and cosy. The eggs every morning were also a lovely touch! We couldn’t have asked for anything more! I will definitely be recommending your site to my friends, and returning in the future. I’ll leave a Google review with some photos, and can also send some by email if you’d like

We absolutely loved staying at this place, so much to like! -Location, perfect. We were in Otter Bell Tent. River next to us and plenty of space for the kids to run around. -Pit fire, kitchen area, esky, water bottle – all well organised. Everything available you would need. -Very friendly owners, happy to help with anything. Shown us around the aplacas and llamas and let’s not forget the chickens.. the kids loved this! -Great walks. -Feeling of peacefulness and tranquility. -Great communal area, the kids called it the playhouse and loved it there. -Rope swing. Lovely family memories made.

This place is magical and seems to cast a peaceful and tranquil spell. Love how the tents are a good distance from each other. Showers and toilets spotless. The hosts and their lovely family go above and beyond to assist and make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely be staying again and recommending to others

Haven Retreat

Wow what a place this is. Very family oriented, where you feel safe to let the kids explore. Back to nature but everything was provided. I was with 2 x 11 year olds and we embraced the outdoor cooking, roasting marshmallows, so much beautiful wildlife. We stayed in the otter bell tent right next to the river in a secluded spot. The breakfast hamper was delicious and a steal at £15 for all the indulgent ingredients. The hosts Karen and Russ were very attentive, friendly and answered any questions. The treasure hunt kept us entertained.

COOL OF THE WILD REVIEW – CLEDAN VALLEY GLAMPING, TRULY ESCAPE

I’ve always been a ‘roughing it’ kind of camper. Happy sleeping wherever, tent or no tent. And I’m generally pretty comfortable making-do with whatever facilities may (or may not) be on offer. So the idea that glamping might be something that I’d like has never really crossed my mind. I get luxury every night at home. Why would I want to turn my getaway in the wild into something that is more like being at home?

CAMPING WITH STYLE REVIEW – RELAX IN PEACE AND TRANQUILITY

Cledan Valley is a glamping site in mid-Wales which retains a wild feel but provides a range of comfortable accommodation and facilities. From bell tents down by the river to tipi’s and cosy but spacious yurts and a shepherds hut, there are plenty of glamping options to choose from. Everything is nicely spread out too providing just enough privacy which enhances the feeling of natural seclusion.
