We know how hard life can be so we really appreciate seeing how happy couples and families are when they get to enjoy time together in our happy little valley. That is why we have decided to provide a regular opportunity for those that really need a break to enjoy a getaway.

We welcome nominations from the public for friends or family that have recently been having a difficult time and need a bit of peace and happiness. So we have decided that each calendar month we will select one couple or family from those nominations and gift them a voucher for a FREE TWO NIGHT STAY at Cledan Valley. The voucher will remain valid for one year and can include a stay in any available accommodation of their choice, it includes weekdays and weekends throughout our open season with the exception of July 15th to August 31st. They will have nothing to pay and will have the same benefits as our other guests.

If you know someone that has suffered a challenging time, perhaps they have been ill, suffered a job loss or spent time apart as a family then why not put them forward for the competition.

Terms and Conditions

This competition will take place each calendar month beginning May 2018. All entries must be submitted by the 21st of each month to be considered for that month’s competition.

You may only enter once per month, if you duplicate your entries only the first will be valid.

Nominators may nominate any person including relations that doesn’t include their immediate family.

Each month an independent judge will review each entry and those that meet the entry requirement will be put forward to a prize draw at the end of each month.
Winners will be notified by email within seven days.

Winners will receive a voucher for a two night stay which can be used during the open season at Cledan Valley EXCEPT between the dates of 15th July an 31st August, subject to availability.

The Winners will receive a voucher for a typical two night stay only, winners are responsible for any other expenditures such as travel to and from Cledan.
Nominators agree that their name be published on social media if their entry is chosen.

This competition is run at no cost to those entering. If you would prefer to take part using pen and paper please write your story along with your name and the name(s) of those you are nominating and send your entry by post to Cledan Valley, Llysywen, SY175LL. The same Terms and Conditions apply to postal entries as online entries.
